Persecution and opinion repression and censorship in present sophisticated environment

Many are not aware that present technology, evildoer goals and citizenship evolution suggest to bad guys different and unusual means of repression that can be underestimated or difficult to believe or monitor.
1. Site mutilation not complete deletion. With just an introductory text, or even a sole paragraph of it deleted, a site can seem not related to an unwanted topic, or seem even promoting implicitly what the owner wanted to criticize.
2. Just putting bugs that slow up someone's computer for some hours or days can exclude him from advocacy in important web discussion or joining an active network, or even many people will look for other extra-net ' entertainment ' .
3. Medical science and chemistry evolution gave evildoers new arms such as poisons lethal at low doses, and microbes.
4. Just exerting violence one time can dissuade the victim and many other citizens or activists ( that see community incapacity or indifference ) from strolling around to raise issues or monitor sectarism, lies about fake commitment to social concern and sustain, zeal, law breaches, fake associations etc.
This obstacle to action can be kept also by declining to give the reason or by giving multiple different reasons for the attack !

5. Letting time pass so that one of the conflict's protagonists disappear or loses the proof...and this fits also honest people who naively fear to face not meant errors.

6. Many people, just on a sign of danger ( like violent writings on street walls ) will get induced into a behaviour of indifference and seek safety in letting down any community issue and even any seemingly problematic person.
Those who know this have just to publish threat news from time to time ( which helps also to hide urgent issues ) . Macro-analysis examples: news of rogue states having nuclear weapons or tyrannic behaviour; quarrels about " war " on religion and freedom of belief between so-called progressives and fanatics...The ' scam ' issue seem also to be another example of spreading distrust.
We don't know if the ' quietly question establishment then help ' response to distress is related to it.

We knew in the end of a century and the beginning of another that different political and military parties were interested in such evil resources.
Not many good doers did the same to adapt their defenses and action fields.

And the big general question is the security issue omission in many sites and organizations premedited ? Or just a matter of unconsciousness ? Or wise field specialization that lets security to human rights sites and antivirus software :) ?
